Mountain Fork River – If your looking for some of the finest Fly Fishing, look no further, lower mountain fork has over 14 miles of trout fishing. It also features some of the best rafting and canoeing for those thrill seekers.

ATV Riding Near Cabins– McCurtain County has plenty of areas for riding, including Ouachita National Forest and the Three Rivers and Honobia Creek Wildlife Management Areas. Certain rules do apply to riding and a Land Access Fee ($16 residents / $25 non-residents; annually).

Hunting – McCurtain County has all types of game for the hunting enthusiasts from turkey hunting to deer hunting (seasonal). State permits and restrictions apply.
