Rate Range: Seasonal rates varies. Click on reservations for current rate. Rate based on 2 persons, $10 additional per person per night, plus tax. Children 6 yrs. & under no charge. Pet fee $25 per night for up to 2 pets. No charge after first 2 nights. When occasionally accepting one night rentals during slow time, there is an additional $20 cleaning fee.

High season is Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend., March Spring Break, October Fall Break, November Folk Festival & Holiday weekends.

Medium season is March 12 until Memorial Day weekend,day following Labor Day thru November

Low Season Rates
$150 week nights- Sun. thru Thur.
$160 weekend nights- Fri. & Sat.
Low season is last Sunday in November until weekend before Christmas, 1st day following New Years Day thru March 11th. (Excludes holidays)
